Shakeology Mug Cake

So I love my shakeology, but sometimes I get tired of having it as a shake and prefer it as a mug cake or pancakes. With this recipe you can do both!

Ingredients:
* 1 scoop of shakeology
* 1 egg
* 1 tbsp of almond flour
* 1 tsp of baking powder
* stevia
* opt: sunbutter

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spray a microwaveable mug with cooking spray.
3. Put mixture in the mug and microwave for a minute.
4. Top with sunbutter or any other topping you’d or eat it plain.

– To make it as pancakes add a little almond milk to it, and cook it as you would pancakes.

These are absolutely delicious and a great way to enjoy your shakeology!
